Toni Ann was a godsend. She is an excellent Estate Sale Agent. She is extremely honest, a great communicator, and treated my mother's home and belongings with respect. She works with a lot of dealers and goes the extra mile to sell the contents of the estate. She is the best, and we were so fortunate to have her. My mother lived in her fully furnished 5-bedroom home for over 65 years, and every closet, surface, and drawer was filled. Toni Ann and her team went through everything, identifying all salable items and displaying them for sale. She checked with me first and then disposed of personal papers and other non-salable items. Toni Ann met one-on-one with a number of dealers in addition to an advertised open house sale. The turnout was excellent. She was also very considerate and spoke to Mom's neighbors to let them know the dates she would be having the estate sale. Toni Ann was in frequent contact with me throughout the process, as all of the family is out of state. I was able to identify upfront anything that should stay with the house and was not for sale (primarily fixtures, window treatments, appliances, and leased equipment) and set a minimum sale price on a couple of valuable items. When planning to move, Toni of Faithful Care LLC was recommended to me as someone who could provide assistance in my task.
